Photo Booth Rental Agreement

Welcome to King Photo Photo Booth

By booking our services, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Deposit

A $100 deposit is required to secure your event date and time.

The remaining balance must be paid before or on the event date unless otherwise agreed.

The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred and used toward another booking within 1 year if the event is canceled or rescheduled.

Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit has been received.

Space & Power Requirements

Client must provide:

A minimum setup space of 8 feet x 8 feet

Access to a standard electrical outlet within 25 feet

Safe indoor space or covered outdoor area

Flat and stable ground for equipment setup

Setup & Event Access

Our team may arrive 1–2 hours before the event for setup.

Client must ensure venue access during setup and teardown.

Delays caused by venue restrictions or late access may reduce booth operating time.

Client Responsibility

Client is responsible for guests using the booth respectfully and safely.

Any intentional damage or misuse of equipment may result in additional charges.

King Photo Photo Booth reserves the right to stop services if equipment or staff safety is at risk.

Cancellations & Date Changes

The $100 deposit remains valid for up to 12 months from the original booking date.

Date changes are subject to availability.

If the client cancels completely and does not rebook within 1 year, the deposit will expire.

Equipment & Service Guarantee

We will provide the services and equipment agreed upon in the selected package.

In case of technical issues beyond our control, liability is limited to a partial refund based on lost service time.

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by weather, power outages, internet issues, or venue-related problems.

Photos & Media

Unless requested otherwise, photos and videos taken during events may be used for promotional purposes on our website and social media.

Clients may request privacy before the event date.

Liability

King Photo Photo Booth is not responsible for injuries, lost items, or damages unrelated to our equipment or staff.

Client agrees to release and hold harmless King Photo Photo Booth from claims arising during the event.

Agreement

By paying the deposit and confirming the booking, the client agrees to all terms and conditions listed above.
