1. What types of events do you serve?

We provide photo booth services for weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, school events, graduations, holiday parties, and private celebrations across Edmonton and surrounding areas.

2. How much space is needed for the photo booth?

We typically need a space of about 8 ft x 8 ft for the booth, backdrop, and guests. We’re flexible and can work with smaller spaces when needed.

3. How long does setup take?

Setup usually takes 30–45 minutes, and teardown takes about 15–20 minutes. Setup and teardown time does not count toward your rental time.

4. Do you provide an attendant?

Yes, for attended packages, a friendly and professional attendant is included. For drop-off selfie booth packages, no attendant is required—we set everything up and provide simple instructions.

5. Are unlimited photos included?

Yes! All packages include unlimited photos during the rental time so guests can take as many pictures as they like.

6. How do guests receive their photos?

Photos can be shared instantly via text message, email, or QR code, depending on the package. You’ll also receive an online gallery after the event with all images.

7. Do you offer custom photo templates?

Absolutely! Custom photo template design is included with our packages, allowing your event name, date, or branding to appear on every photo.

8. Do you provide backdrops and props?

Yes. We offer a selection of clean, stylish backdrops and fun props. If you have a theme or color preference, let us know and we’ll do our best to match it.

9. Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before or on the event day.

10. What areas do you serve?

King Photo Booth proudly serves Edmonton and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for locations outside the city.

11. What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy will be outlined in your service agreement.

12. Do you need Wi-Fi at the venue?

Wi-Fi is helpful for instant sharing but not required. If Wi-Fi is unavailable, photos will still be saved and uploaded to your online gallery after the event or we can use our cell phone for hotspot.

13. How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weddings and peak season dates, as availability is limited.

14. How do we book King Photo Booth?
